1. Service Use

By using the Clutio Chrome Extension ("Service"), users are deemed to agree to these Terms. • The Service provides text translation and vocabulary management functions for web pages • Users can use the Service with their own AI API keys • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for any particular purpose

2. User Obligations

Users must comply with the following: • Keep API keys private and not share them with others • Do not use the Service for illegal purposes • Do not engage in activities that disrupt the normal operation of the Service • Do not collect or use others' personal information without authorization

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to the Service belong to Clutio. Users are granted the right to use the Service but do not acquire ownership.

4. Disclaimer

Clutio is not responsible for: • Interruption, errors, or quality of AI API services • Exposure or misuse of user-entered API keys • Direct or indirect damages resulting from Service use • Accuracy or completeness of translations Users use the Service at their own risk.

5. Service Changes and Termination

Clutio may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice. However, we will make efforts to notify users in advance when there are significant changes.

6. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed as needed, and changes will be announced through the Chrome Web Store extension page. Modified terms will take effect 7 days after announcement.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
